Bosses are human . Make mistakes of course commonplace done not only by the employees , including the boss . No matter how great your boss , do wrong is a normal thing in life . Errors boss in the office is divided into two categories: conscious and not .The boss will realize his mistake immediately changed and never repeat them . Worse if the boss does not realize his mistake he will continue to repeat it . Here are seven common mistakes made boss in the office :
 1 . difficult to communicateInformation is a major force for employees to get the job done quickly and right . The more complete and accurate information given employer to the employee , then the sooner he does it.Unfortunately , many bosses who fail to communicate with employees and resulting in an information delivery .
 2 . Quickly search for solutionsDiscovery solutions quickly is satisfactory but often do not last long . When found the problem , the boss should not rush to find a solution but in depth first. The rush is not going to solve the problem and it gave birth to the new constraints . 
3 . Trying to do anything aloneThere's no boss can finish all the work yourself . Doing it is not the most effective way . Boss is doing anything alone is to ignore the time, energy and skills employee4 .  4. Does not have a target with employeesDo not let the employee confusion . The boss should be able to determine the employment targets can be achieved and realistic .The goal will be to encourage employees to work optimally . As of today there are many bosses who do not have a target for his team's work at the office . 
5 . Do not dare to make changesKeep stepping in the same line of work could create an opening for your business competitors . Do not dare to make changes in the work environment is the most frequent errors occurred boss . 
6 . Employees do not realize achievementThe boss can do many simple things to appreciate the performance of its employees . There is a simple and cheap ways like writing a thank you personally from the leadership to subordinates . So far , there are many bosses who are not aware of the performance of employees . 
7 . Working too seriouslyAs the boss , make sure the work environment is comfortable and desirable place employees in the morning . Toss lightly joke interrupted the work and make all employees feel happy should also be done by the employer . Working too seriously it gave birth to an uncomfortable situation .
